Continuous conveyorised Furnaces
Continuous Conveyor Industrial Mesh Belt Annealing / Tempering / Hardening Furnace is a fully automatic continuous heat-treatment system designed for hardening, carburizing, oil quenching and tempering of cold-forged and hot-forged fasteners manufactured from SCM440/435, AISI 15B41, 15B25 and similar alloy steels, covering sizes from M6 to M30 and lengths from 10 mm to 350 mm. The complete line is designed for a production capacity of approximately 800–1,000 kg/hr with hardness consistency of ±2 HRC and controlled carbon potential variation of ±0.03. The system comprises an automatic magnetic belt feeder, weighing unit, front degreasing and washing system, dephosphating tank, washing and drying unit, continuous controlled-atmosphere mesh belt carburizing/hardening furnace, oil quenching and cooling tank, unloading system, rear washing and degreasing unit, continuous mesh belt tempering furnace, dyeing/cooling and drying system, oiling machine and complete electrical control panel. The main hardening furnace operates approximately between 820°C and 920°C with an installed heating capacity of about 410 kW, while the tempering furnace operates between 300°C and 650°C with approximately 250 kW installed heating capacity. High-speed circulation fans provide effective heat circulation and improved temperature uniformity throughout the tempering chamber. The complete furnace line has an approximate rated heating capacity of 660 kW with approximately 150 kW auxiliary load and is suitable for 415 V ±5%, 3-phase, 50 Hz electrical supply. The system is engineered for continuous industrial operation with controlled belt speed, multi-zone temperature control, efficient thermal insulation, uniform heating, controlled furnace atmosphere, oil-quench temperature control, safety interlocks and automatic process control to achieve consistent metallurgical properties and reliable high-volume production of heat-treated fasteners.
The Continuous Mesh Belt Furnace is an industrial heat-treatment system designed for continuous, high-volume processing of small and medium-sized components under a precisely controlled atmosphere. The system incorporates a hopper and conveyor slide mechanism with vibrator for uniform loading and distribution of components onto a continuously moving high-temperature wire mesh belt, ensuring consistent material flow through the heating, soaking and discharge zones. Heating elements are strategically arranged above and below the mesh belt to provide efficient and uniform heat transfer, resulting in consistent temperature distribution and repeatable heat-treatment quality. The furnace is designed with multiple independently controlled heating zones and an Endo Gas controlled atmosphere suitable for hardening, carburizing and other heat-treatment applications. The system is equipped with advanced automation for continuous monitoring and regulation of furnace temperature, atmosphere, belt speed and process parameters, incorporating PLC and HMI controls for convenient operation and monitoring, with SCADA-based centralized control available as an optional feature. High-grade insulating refractory bricks, ceramic insulation boards and other suitable thermal insulation materials are provided to minimize heat losses and improve energy efficiency. The furnace is designed for continuous industrial-duty operation and ease of maintenance, with suitable access points for inspection, cleaning and servicing, together with essential safety provisions including over-temperature alarms, electrical and process interlocks, emergency shutdown systems and other necessary protection features for safe, reliable and consistent operation.
