Our continuous heat treatment furnace systems can be supplied as complete production lines incorporating automatic loading and feeding systems, washing and degreasing units, controlled-atmosphere heating furnaces, oil or water/polymer quenching systems, tempering furnaces, cooling systems and unloading arrangements.
Furnaces are designed with multiple temperature-control zones to achieve uniform heating and consistent product quality. Depending on the process requirement, heating elements are strategically positioned for optimum heat distribution, while suitable circulation systems can be incorporated to improve temperature uniformity. Controlled-atmosphere systems such as Endothermic Gas (Endo Gas) can also be integrated for applications requiring controlled carbon potential, reduced oxidation and consistent metallurgical properties.
Advanced PLC and HMI-based control systems provide precise control and monitoring of temperature, conveyor speed, process time, furnace atmosphere and associated equipment. SCADA-based centralized monitoring and data acquisition can be provided as an optional feature for applications requiring process recording, recipe management, production monitoring and traceability.
High-quality refractory and thermal insulation materials are selected to minimize heat loss and improve energy efficiency. The equipment incorporates essential safety features including over-temperature protection, alarms, electrical and process interlocks and emergency shutdown systems. Suitable access arrangements are provided for inspection, cleaning and preventive maintenance.

Continuous Mesh Belt Heat Treatment Furnace
The Continuous Mesh Belt Furnace is designed for continuous heat treatment of components requiring high production capacity and consistent metallurgical properties. Components are uniformly loaded onto a high-temperature wire mesh conveyor belt and continuously transported through independently controlled heating and soaking zones.
Heating elements can be positioned above and below the conveyor belt to obtain effective and uniform heat distribution. Conveyor speed is adjustable according to the required heating, soaking and process cycle.
Continuous mesh belt furnaces are particularly suitable for nuts, bolts, screws, washers, fasteners, bearings, automotive components, forged components, stampings, springs and other mass-produced metal parts.
For controlled-atmosphere applications, the furnace can be integrated with Endothermic Gas (Endo Gas) or other suitable protective/controlled atmosphere systems according to the metallurgical process requirement.

Hardening Furnace
Industrial hardening furnaces are designed to heat steel components to the required austenitizing temperature followed by controlled quenching to obtain the specified mechanical properties and hardness.
Depending upon the process, Technobel can integrate the furnace with oil, water or polymer-based quenching systems. The quench system can incorporate circulation, agitation, filtration, temperature monitoring, heating and cooling arrangements according to process requirements.
